本书是国家社会科学基金重大项目及国家自然科学基金面上项目等系列课题而形成的主要研究成果,入选2019年“国家哲学社会科学成果文库”。本书充分结合食品安全监管的理论与实际,以食品安全监管信息透明度指数和食品安全监管绩效指数为研究对象,应用管理学、信息经济学、系统科学、复杂性科学、统计学及计算机科学与技术等理论与方法,围绕食品安全风险的形成、演化、监管等核心问题展开了深入研究,通过理论分析、建模、优化、仿真、实证和评价等系统研究,构建了“中国食品安全监管信息透明度指数”(CFSSITI)和“中国食品安全监管绩效指数”(CFSSPI),并应用于我国食品安全管理实践中,形成了比较完整的食品安全监管的理论和方法体系。
