本书是中国、加拿大两国科技合作项目“黄土高原土壤侵蚀管理地理信息系统”研究成果总结,共收入1988—1991年的合作研究论文27篇。主要内容有:降雨、入渗径流与侵蚀产沙规律研究,黄土的抗蚀性与表土结皮的微形态特征,坡面细沟侵蚀临界与发生发展过程,小流域侵蚀产沙过程和输沙规律,洞穴侵蚀的产流产沙规律分析,利用坝地淤积物特征确定年侵蚀产沙量,养分的运移、流失规律以及对水土流失的影响,氮素的输移机理及平衡,人类活动在小流域侵蚀产沙中的作用,在地理信息系统的支持下土壤侵蚀模型、生产潜力模型、经济效益模型和决策模型的建立和应用,以及与之有关的野外小区观测,模拟降雨试验方法和测试技术等。
本书可供水土保持、土壤、地理、自然资源、国土整治、农林牧和水利等部门的科技与管理人员,以及大专院校有关专业的师生阅读参考。
